Face has multiple lines running horizontally through face making it hard to read. Have tried all the suggested troubleshooting..reset, long reset as well as changes to clock face to no avail. Less than 1 year old watch. Seems to be a common problem with no solution.
No response from Fitbit support since reaching out. Hoping their customer service makes up for product deficiencies! Thanks!

I had the same issue until just the other day when my screen went black. Now I can't see anything on the screen but I know it's working since it still syncs to my phone. Not even a year old either and I can't figure out where to contact support!

Hi Sharon - for some reason the support is done through a Twitter page @fitbitsupport . They have not responded to my message.
