I personally love the charge 3, I’ve had it for a decent amount of time now and I’ve worn it everyday without a day missed. The issue is that now all of a sudden there’s permanent black lines breaking up the screen, the battery is dying in less than 6 hours after a full charge, and it will randomly flicker to the charging screen even when it’s not plugged in and on my wrist.
I have tried the soft and hard resets multiple times, the tricks like switching the clock faces and adding and removing apps, but nothing works or fixes it.
I would love some help to try to fix the charge 3 or replace it because it’s been my favourite purchase for a long time and I praise about it to my friends and family about it regularly.

Update: the battery lasts no more than 25 minutes after full charge 😞
