So I started to notice a black line appear on the screen of my charge 3. Thought it must of been my eyes at first but can now see a clear line through the heart rate at top of the screen. I have tried restarting the device and my phone and have also tried changing clock faces. Anyone have any ideas?

I have this problem too and I can’t read my time properly as there are lines across the top of the screen. Rebooting and clock face changing hast fixed it either

im at a bit of a loss as this morning I’ve noticed two more lines. I haven’t done anything over the odds to the device like dropping it. Just hope someone posts a fix soon.

I’m not too sure, but I’m hoping a customer service advisor picks up on this message and is at least able to post a fix if not a way to get it sorted as I’m pretty gutted after a couple of months to be running in to such issues

Mine has done exactly the same. A few days ago I noticed it slightly fuzzy at the top edge and I changed clock faces but nothing changed. Today I’ve noticed the top of the time chopped off completely. I googled the problem and saw someone said to try a long reboot but I can’t find the procedure anywhere.

Everyone should get a hold of costumer service. They will replace it if you're within the 1yr warranty. Know that you will get a "certified" refurb and you will not get any kind of extended warranty with the refurb device. Once you've reached one year of ownership your warranty is gone regardless of device.
I think everyone needs to reach out. The Charge 3 has been by far the worst FitBit device I've owned. I'm very disappointed with all the glitches and problems and false information it reports.
