Charge 3 black lines on the screen and battery won't charge

My Charge 3 is full of Black Lines. I've done the 8sec restart and 15 sec reset. Problem remains. Also I charged it all night and after 2 hours back down to 10 % power. I need my Charge 3. Please help.

I'm having same problem with the black lines, to the point where the screen cannot be read. I've taken all the trouble shooting steps, including charging, re-boot and even changing clock face.. All to no avail.
