Charge 3 black lines on the screen

Hi, thers are couple blank lines on my Charge3 screen. I tried to reset it but they won’t dissapear. Any idea?

Me too, for at least a month now.
Also display not showing when I raise my wrist to tlook at the screen, although tapping the screen still works, but it requires three taps.
Have ensured it's up-to-date, have restarted, have changed clock face, but no change.
Christmas 2018 present, so well within warranty.

Welcome to the Community Forums @nicolenagy1985! Thanks for already restarting your Charge 3. 

Since the restart didn't work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app. Let me know how it goes. Robot wink

Hey there @DesperateDan! Thanks for restarting your Charge 3, changing the clock face, and making sure it's up-to-date. Nice way to go! 

Have you verified that Screen Wake is enabled on Charge 3? Please try these steps:

  • On your tracker, press and hold the button until the Quick Settings menu appears.
  • Find the Screen Wake option and tap it to turn it off. 
  • If it is disabled, it has a diagonal line through it. 

If the Screen Wake is enable, but not working as it should I'd recommend restarting your device by following these stepsGive this a go and let me know the outcome.

Screen wake now working, but don't know how it got turned off.

Still got the blank/black lines at top of screen.

They break up the time display at the very top and are still there when
I swipe up to scroll through other readings, always at the top of the
screen.

Just checking up on my fitbit regarding the lines on the screen and saw the advice to change the clock face. Just tried and no difference; there are still lines on the screen. Indeed, after changing the clock face back to how it was, an extra black (blank?) line has appeared, giving the appearance of a wider black line. Fitbit still works, still syncs.
