Men fitbit charge 3 geeft over heel men scherm verticaal grijze strepen. Is juist 1 jaar oud. Wat doe ik er aan aub

Hi there @Pascalevannoten, welcome to the Community Forums. We currently aren't staffed to provide support in Dutch within the Community Forums.

 

We currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English. If you could reply me back in English, I'll be more than glad to help you.

 

However, if you prefer any of the languages I mentioned above, feel free to post in the Charge 3 forum according to the language of preference.

 

Please note that we do support Dutch via email, so as my friend @SunsetRunner suggested, feel free to contact our Support Team if you feel more comfortable via that channel. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend to restart your Charge 3 by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

Hopefully we can support more locales in the future.
