My Charge 3 has had a couple of horizontal black/blank lines on it for a while now, but the screen was still readable, and after perusing the forums I saw it was a fairly common problem. Today, when I put it on charge, the screen went almost completely white, and became unreadable. I've had it nearly a year (I'm pretty sure it was purchased last February), so this is a big disappointment.
I've tried all the fixes I've seen here on the forums: Reboot, short reset, long reset - nothing has worked at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
