My screen is black. I’ve reset, synced, changed the clock face, charged... tried all the hacks I’ve read on here. It still tracks steps, but I have to sync it to my phone to find out anything. I’m very frustrated.

Mine is exactly the same. It worked fine up until last week. I charged it, went to use it, the red light on the back stayed on. It is syncing to the app on my phone but nothing we tried has worked to make the screen come back on. Don't know what to do.
