brand new charge3 will pair with phone and sync but there is no green light and the screen stays black

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working, and let's work on this together. Since your device is able to sync, I'd recommend to restart your device and change the clock face. If the issue persists, please perform a long restart with the following steps:

I’ve tried to reset my brand new charge 3 the way you’ve explained. I’ve tried the deep reset. The reset goes just for 3 seconds not longer then the smiley face comes on. Then I try again and again and then the logo with 001 comes on. When I take it from the charger nothing works just blank screen. HELP

My fitbit charge 3 has turned blank. The green sensor light not working. Tried my best to press with charger but still not working.waiting for a possible solution.thanks from Rajan Longani. India
