Charge 3 black screen and it won't turn on

Fitbit had been working fine up until this past week.  Now only a blank screen.  Tried to restart several times, but only buzzes when in charger.

Hi @graycor, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on properly.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Charge 3 has been on charge for three days now and still a black screen.  On my Fitbit app on my phone, the device has disappeared also.  Tried to add device back on numerous times but no luck.  Just keeps searching.  Tried turning bluetooth off and on. So I cannot change the clock face since it is no even showing up on phone.

Hi, there are several customers that experience the same issue the past days, including me. ( 6 oct. 2020).

It’s starts to be a bitt annoying when you guys are giving the same “recommendations”! The “thing” is more or less dead, unable to restart or sync it with the smartphone/tablet!!

People have done all the recommendation according to what you guys are recommending without result!

 

Pls, stepp up a notch!
