Have a four year old charge 3 that turned black after two years. Read a lot about this in the community back then and several others had the same issue. No help to be found or how to fix the problem (back then). Have used my watch only with the app since two years but yesterday the watch wont sync. Searched in the community and followed every tip to solve this but doesnt work. Cant be found by BT no more… Also read that black screen is a bug for Charge 3, did not know this since yeasterday. Strange since I reguarly have searched for a solution/answer for the last two years. Is there any chance for help since the problem is a bug? Thank you!

I appreciate you providing the details about this inconvenience with Charge 3.
I'm not sure that you are still having difficulties, but if so, please follow this steps:
In addition, try to sync the device. If in any case you have difficulties to sync, see this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Besides that, I'd recommend you change the clock face on the device: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I'm in the same boat. My Charge 3 connects to my phone, it vibrates like it's trying to do things but I can't see the screen. Sometimes I can just barely see a vague part of the screen, other times NOTHING. If this is a bug in the Charge 3, is Fitbit going to help the many users that have this problem? I have done all the re-sets, changed the clock screen, everything that was suggested and nothing is working.
Would appreciate a response from Fitbit?
