My charge 3 randomly started vibrating non-stop, screen blacked out and it is now unresponsive.
I've only had the Fitbit for several months.
I've tried all of the hard restarts and the screen still won't switch on again - the device just randomly vibrates. The sensors on the back also appear to remain off. I have also tried changing watch faces to no avail. Very frustrating - please advise.
