Hi
I have had my Charge 3 for about 1 year. I went swimming today and it was fine but when I climbed out the pool the screen went black and the tracker started vibrating constantly. Every now and then the screen would show signs of life but the display would look as if the screen was cracked, showing white vertical lines and skewed or half display.
I have done the entire reboot process and the watch is syncing properly. I could not see the smiley face though.
I have not bumped this watch and it is in prime condition.
