Hi!
I lost my cable over a year ago, so my Fitbit Charge 3 has been dead for a while. I just bought another cable and when I plug it in, the watch makes a small vibration.
I’ve followed all the restart tips I could find
(So keeping the button pushed for either 4, 8, or 15 seconds, unplugging it and then plugging it back in) but the screen of my watch just stays black.
Sometimes it will only vibrate for 8 seconds and then stop, or even for maybe 1 second and then stop and won’t start again.
What else can I do to get it to start working again?
