HELP! I cant get my charge 3 to restart. The screen is black. I've tried plugging it in and holding the button for 15 sec like a gazillion times but that didnt work. I've updated the app and updated my fitbit but that didnt work. I then tried to reset the fit bit again it still didnt work. I tried turning on and off the bluetooth didnt work, I've tried turning on and off my phone and I've to repair my fitbit to my phone. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and tried to pair my charge 3 to my phone but I cant see the 4 digit pin to pair my charge 3 with my phone because the screen is still black. Oh yes and I did try the changing the clock face thing as well before when it was still paired with my phone but it didnt work either.
Any suggestions?

I have had the same issue. It has been getting progressively worse all week and just went all black today. The screen is black and vibrates. Have uninstalled the app as well and can't see the pin code to pair it. I have done all the steps that are required as well and nothing. I am beyond frustrated because Fitbit will not do anything to fix the issues.
