Hi there, I have tried all the recommended method to fix the black screen problem on my Charge 3 but it still doesn't work.
- Connected to power and press it for 15 seconds. [Still black screen]
- changed clock face [ Still black screen]
So I just have to accepted that this is Fitbit? This is Charge 3 and fall this rubbish away?

This has just happened to me. Tried changing clock faces three times and on charge/press-hold for up to 25sec and nothing. Still vibrates but no screen 😤

I found this thread today as my Charge 3 has had the same black screen issue despite being apparently functional (vibrating and syncing). Solutions presented here/on youtube and various tech forums have failed to rectify it over the past few days.
I have just spoken to customer support via live chat and they have been helpful. I would strongly recommend that anyone having this issue, and where the presented solutions do not work, also gets in touch with them, do not put it off!
