My charge 3 is 6 months old. Last week the battery was draining rapidly, then the bpm went mental, now I’ve got a blank screen but everything seems to be syncing and vibrating when I press the side button. I’ve tried resetting changing the watch face but nothing works. Please can someone help properly with this, Fitbit advice is useless and limited and as with all things it seems the consumers are more knowledgeable than the people who manufacture this device. As so many seem to have this problem, it’s safe to say it’s a design fault.
Many thanks for any other help other than what I’ve tried already

My Charge 3 has a blank screen too. My screen went fuzzy before it went blank.

Mine has just done the same. Only 2 months old.

It's under warranty, get a replacement.
This is my replacement that went blank and it is not longer under warranty since they use my original date of purchase of the first one. I will not be replacing my Fitbit with another one. Hopefully your replacement won't be a lemon like mine.
I will be upgrading to Polar Ignite.

Fortunately for you, it should still be under warranty. Send it back and get a replacement. Mine is under a year and half old. I was told it's out of warranty and apparently is now useless. They told me no electronic device is perfect. They already removed one of my posts. They'll likely remove them all. No honesty allowed here. 🙂
