Charge 3 blank screen after new update

I’m so upset!  I just did the new Charge 3 update and now I have a blank screen.  I did a soft restart.  No luck.  Sent an email to Fitbit Support and they’ll get back to me in 7 days!!!!!  They directed me to this.  Unfortunately mine is out of warranty!
