I've just updated my clock face and immediately my charge 3 has a blank screen, I've tried resetting it and also updating the clock face to a different one to no avail.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Ajcc, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 went blank after updating the clock face. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
