Charge 3 blank screen and it only vibrates

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a charge 3 and I can’t get it to do anything but vibrate when I push the button on the side of it. I plugged it up last night and it showed a smiley face.

Got it off the charger this morning and it continues to have a black screen but still vibrates when I push the side button. It used to flash a light on the underside when I would take it off. Now it doesn’t even do that ?

My fitbit is only vibrating when I kept it on charger. It’s not turning on and also not sync with mobile app. I have tried reset also and it’s not working. Please assist.

I am having the same issue with my Fitbit charge 3. Black screen, vibrating, not syncing to the app (not even recognising device via Bluetooth). Contacted Fitbit support but no answer...

This exact thing happened with me this evening. Was using at the gym, got home, and blank screen. The vibrate button worked for a bit, but now that won’t even work. So frustrating.

I'm experiencing the same issue as was described by DarinsCharge3 below.  Can I get assistance from FitBit support?

Thanks!

Yes, but most likely they will send you a replacement (if it's still under
warranty)!!

Hi,

My Charge 3 shows a blank screen also and the green sensor light is not working either. Although my watch does seem to sync with the app. Please advise?

Many Thanks

Hi,

I am having the same issue. Wont sync, blank screen, only vibrates, can't do clock faces.

Same issue here.   This is my second Charge 3 and my last, as I had the same issue with the first one.  AND warranty just expired!!!

And isn't it convenient that the Charge 4 debuted yesterday?

Mine was dead as a doornail! Lol no green light nor would it sync with my
phone. Support tried several different tricks but nothing helped. My
watch was still under warranty so they sent me a replacement.
Hope that helped!

Same exact thing. Will not connect to my phone. Haven’t heard back from Fitbit yet. Second Charge this has happened. I may be ready to move on. Thinking about an Apple Watch but don’t love the price or battery life.
