I have a charge 3 and I can’t get it to do anything but vibrate when I push the button on the side of it. I plugged it up last night and it showed a smiley face.
Got it off the charger this morning and it continues to have a black screen but still vibrates when I push the side button. It used to flash a light on the underside when I would take it off. Now it doesn’t even do that ?

Same with me. It vibrates but screen is blank and cannot sync nor shows on Bluetooth

I have the same problem with my wifes charge 3, blank screen, vibrates, no blue tooth and no green lights. Tried all the recommended fixes but nothing, help.

Mine started this last night at work. One minute, it was fine, checked the time a bit later and the screen is blank. It vibrates, I tried restarting, updated the app. Updated the software. Ive had a few issues with my screen lately but putting it on the charger fixed it. I even tried changing the clock face, but its still blank. Ive had it about a year and only in the last few weeks has it started acting stupid.

I have the same issue. Blank screen, only vibrates when I push the button, no lights on the back no smiley face when I try to charge, and I can't change the watch face as the Charge 3 won't connect or sync.

Nothing pops up on the screen for mine. Other than that it works. It vibrates, it charges, it syncs, according to the app I can change the face, but of course, I don't see anything. This is my first FitBit to own, and most likely will be my last. Lasted just under a year for me. Bummer.

If it's less than a year old you're still under warranty. Lodge a claim before the warranty expires and fitbit should repair or replace for you.
I opened a case with customer services. They emailed a prepaid returns label for sending the device and charger. Fingers crossed for a resolution.

Hi, my charge 3 suddenly stopped working today. It had black lines across the screen beginning Wednesday (2 days ago) and the battery appeared to drain instantly yesterday afternoon. I plugged it in and reset it last night. Left it charging all night, then wore it today. Still lines but otherwise worked. Around 11 am this morning the screen stopped responding. It won’t sync, plugging it in doesn’t turn the screen on (and it doesn’t seem to connect to the charger) and it only vibrates when I push the side button. Is there a fix for this??

I had the same issue. Fortunately mine was still within the warranty period (just!). I returned it to Fitbit and received a replacement.

If your Fitbit is still under warranty, you should be able to get it replaced without any issues. If it's not, then I hate to tell you, but you are out of luck. I too had to just throw mine away. Just a little over a year and it quit working. I will not be buying FitBit products again after this.

Can you help me? My Charge 3 will not restart, only vibrates when I push the button. Will not restart, again only vibrates, no smiley face etc. It is 94% charged and I cannot change the clock face either.
How do I get my Charge 3 working?
