I have followed all the steps by doing a reboot and changing the clock face. Yet it still does not seem to turn on and the screen is blank. It is syncing to my phone and vibrates. Please can someone help.

I have the same problem. It is only 2 years old as well. I think it is time to get another one. Not sure how long they should last. Not impressed either!!

I did that roughly 3 times and could not see the screen. It is blank.
