Hi, my charge 3 was working perfectly up until yesterday but suddenly received the black screen of death and no green lights.

 

Tried to reset using the charging cable but just get a long vibration and then nothing. And now it’s not even vibrating at all and appears to be be totally dead. Any ideas would be welcome..!!??

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's screen had stopped working along to the green lights on the back. I appreciate you've taken the time to restart your Charge 3 prior to contacting us. Nice way to go! 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this.
