Charge 3 blank screen and white lines

Really worried now, Loads of people having the same problem with this product, this is my 5th Fitbit......sold on old ones to upgrade each time, I am in constant touch with the "new" owners, none of the older Fitbits are having troubles, this makes me wonder if the quality has gone down since Google brought out Fitbit....... Blank screen, white lines, carried out both short restart as well as long re start..... Nothing, I can't afford to throw my money around, very disappointed. Posted on here yesterday, nothing from Fitbit in reply to my problem, looking through the complaints, hardly anyone gets a reply, why is this? How do you get a reply if your not on Twitter and can't call whilst at work?

Google has not bought fitbit yet. An offer has been made and accepted, but the purchase has not been totally approved by all required, so it has no bearing yet on Fitbit currently operations.

 

This board is mainly Fitbit users trying to help other Fitbit users. Though it is occasionally visited by Fitbit moderators, it is well beyond their scope to respond to every question.

To contact Fitbit support, if you in a web browser, click 'Help' near top right of this screen, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Get Support'.  It lists several options, not all of which are always available.  But right now it says Call Us 4 AM to 9 PM, along with other options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for replying Johnny, I was getting frustrated with my problem with my Charge 3 over the weekend. Fit Bit have been excellent in helping me, I 100% believe in Fit Bit, I have read loads about the sale and thought it had gone through, I will admit I was worried the quality of FB trackers would drop. I've been a customer since 2013 and this is the first time I think that I have ever had a problem....once I spoke to FB my issue was solved there and then. Thank you again for your reply.
