My charge 3 has just a blank screen. NO display. I have tried to to a reset by placing an charge, pressing the reset and waiting...but smiley face not there. I have done this type of reset before but this time it is not working. It vibrates and gives notifications and I can check everything on the app but I would really like the screen to work. Any suggestions? Of course this happened 2 weeks after warranty expired. Not impressed 😞

I have black lined on my screen too. Makes it difficult to read. Have done both restarts fast and slow. P,us deleted the device and then set it up again. None of this made a difference to the readability of the fitbit screen. Very dissapointed in the life span of this product. Thankfully there are now many alternatives to Fitbit.

Pages & pages of the same issue,if you are lucky it happens before your 12 month warranty runs out & you get the choice of a new unit or 50% off of a new tracker. Outside of warranty it's a throw away!

I purchase an extended warranty from fitbit because this isn't my first fitbit and I know they don't last well.
There are other fitness trackers now days and the only thing fitbit has on them is an application that's pretty good.
Since they keep adding annoying things to thier once great application even that is losing appeal.
My extended warranty got me a replacement charge 3 to replace the one that is unreadable due to black lines.

My Charge 3 screen went blank. Worked with Fitbit help and they couldn’t fix it and it is out of warranty by 6 months. It is a piece of crap and I will be buying a Samsung tracker and never ever buy a Fitbit.
Advice. Don’t buy it. It has been quirky from the start and they are very unreliable.

Xiaomi Mi Band 4 was what I was looking at as a replacement. There is a YouTube video that compared Samsung ifit to xiaomi mi 4 that I watched and it looked pretty good. The application that goes with is not like fitbits though.
