Charge 3 blank screen but still vibrates

My Fitbit Charge has a blank display.   It still syncs with my phone, but nothing on screen.  It vibrates like it has a notification.  Help!

Hi there @Jillifer and @EmilyVinson_8, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the behavior of your Charge 3 trackers. 

First of all, I'd recommend restarting your trackers by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and since your trackers are still syncing, please change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

Mine is doing the same. It buzzes and charges, even the green light is working, but nothing is on the screen. Help!

I have place on the charger and press the side, nothing appear on the watch face.

went to the fitbit apps, change the clock face, also nothing appear.

 

is the a service center in Singapore?

Hi Candy

If it is still synching, just continue to live with it. Don’t ever disconnect as you won’t be able to sync it again without a display.


Have you lodged a support request online? You may be able to get a replacement if it’s under warranty.  The collection point is Mojito at Plaza Singapura.

I have tried it all, charging it and i have tried resetting, i think my screen is jus broken, it still records all the data its supposed to, responds to touch, im pretty sure if i memorized the menu i cld still use it but that would defeat the point of having a screen and i dont care to go thru the trouble, and even the replacement band i got from fitbit has broken as well in the exact same place cus they sent the exact same band to replace the same problematic **ahem** original, genius!!! Either way customer satisfaction only goes up to when ur warranty expires sooooo i think this is the last fit**ahem** im gonna own.

I have had same problem started yesterday. Tried changing displays, resetting with charger cord multiple times with no luck. Still recording data to my app but I can no longer use the face of the watch because the display is black.
