Thank you for the support and then finally replacing my screen on my Fitbit 3 - pleased to say it’s arrived and once again I’m tracking my activity. Amazing service.

I have updated the app too and still nothing 😞

Sounds like your having exactly same issue as I did! Is your Fitbit still under warranty? If so I’m sure you’re device will be replaced.

I'm having the same issue! Tried restarting (4 times), changed clock face, and I have nothing! I feel vibrations but no screen!

Best Answer
Did you try changing to a different clock screen. I tried two and the second one did the trick.

My Fitbit stopped working too. My screen’s blank, it vibrates but nothing else. I’ve tried restarting and changing the clock face as advised but it hasn’t worked. Can anyone help please?!

Best Answer

I went on the website and contacted support through chat and they are sending me a new one since I’m still under warranty. If you have had yours for less than a year, you should do the same.

K know you said you have tried changing the clock screen but have you tried all the clock screens? Cause I had to try two for it to work.

Still having problems with blank screen despite trying solutions listed.

My Charge 3 has completely died as well. It cannot be picked up by Bluetooth. After a long reset, sometimes it will go to the smiley face, and sometime it's just blank. In never pairs with my phone, which is still telling me that it needs a firmware update—which I cannot do because it won't connect. Blank screen. It's only 5 months old. Suggestions?

Best Answer
Contact Fitbit through the Live support! They're amazing! They'll have you
do a couple restarts but can see on your end if it isn't pairing or
synching! If you need help finding it, let me know! You'll find it in the
Fitbit app... took me a while to find, just keep looking for "help"
"support " and you'll definitely find it! I'd suggest that over email
because you get an immediate response!

Good luck!

I think you should contact customer service cause if it’s only 5 months old. They will prob just send you a new one

Contact Fitbit via customer support and if they can’t help to reset it they will supply you with a new device if you’re Fitbit only a few months old as if like mine under warranty.
