Connect the charger and keep the button pressed for some time until the
light comes on. It should work.

I am having the same blank screen issue, and have the latest firmware. What can be done???

Contact Fitbit support through the App! I suggest doing the live chat vs email... when I did the live chat they had me try a couple things and in under 10 minutes I'd had confirmation that my new one had shipped! The customer service has been excellent!

Doesn't work.  None of the advice including the "accepted solution" actually works.  How many more times do I have to bloody well do the reset and try to pair the thing?

Same thing happened to me. Fitbit Live support had me try it and immediately shipped a new one.

I am having the same issue as well. I just got my charge 3 yesterday although i bought it on March 2019. Happily charge my fitbit, download fitbit app on my phone, then update firmware for the watch and all i get is blank screen but vibrate when pressed. Tried to press for 8 seconds or 15 seconds for few times but can't solve anything, changed clock face when the watch is still connected to phone also can't solved, tried to set up again also can't since the watch is not showing numbers on it. What should i do then?

Mine is still not working, tried everything in the blog, on this post, and in the faqs.... it seems many people have or had this problem, I just can’t understand how they resolved it as nothing works for mine! Very frustrating

Please try pressing the button with the charger properly connected. This
may activate your Fitbit charge 3. Good luck.

If you brought it within a year contact sustainer service. Same thing happened to me. And they sent me a replacement. 😃👍🏼 fantastic customer service!

Yes and yes.

Thank you, that had not been offered to me yet... purchased in January, issues started about 3 weeks ago.
