Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit is fully charged yet it will not show anything on the display screen, . When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time, it’s is only 1 month old and was working perfectly an hour ago, any one any suggestions, thanks!

Hello,  I'm having issues with my screen going black.  It happened twice in tbe past and I was able to restart it following the instructions.  This time it didn't work (tried multiple times over the last weeks),  also tried changing the face clock. Now the Fitbit is charged but it won't communicate with the app it just constantly says "syncing". What should I try next?

Same thing just happened to me. Apparently it’s a 77% battery. Have tried the rest multiple times and also changing the clock face, with no luck! Bit annoyed as it was a Christmas gift from my partner, and now it’s not going

Hi,  I've tried re-starting my Fitbit charge 3 numerous times and also have 'changed' the clock face on the app - but nothing seems to work. Really weird getting all the buzzing - especially when I reached my 'daily target'.

 

How did you contact the Fitbit support centre, please, as I fear that I need a new screen as well?

I just contacted the customer service phone number and a representative walked me through the testing and replacement process... It was smooth...  Good luck with yours!

To contact customer service you just go online. I think you can either call or email them

I have exactly the same issue and have tried the 15 min reset and clock face suggestions. Please could you escalate for me.

I would contact customer service. They are extremly helpful and most likely will send you a replacement

I have not been asked to return it.

 

I did that. And they did end up sending me a replacement that works perfectly fine.

No they said to keep it and just use the new one they sent.

without the band just fyi.

Hi there,

 

I ended up having to contact Fitbit help through their chat. This was by far the quickest way to resolve the issue. They guided me through various tests and tried to restart it.  They quickly agreed to send a replacement watch part but no strap.

I tried 3 times and no change. My Versa charges, it syncs with my phone, it vibrates when messages come in, but the screen is black. Any ideas?

Mine did the same thing. Just contact customer service and they will replace it. They will send you no band, just the Fitbit. They replaced mine with no problem. Hope this helps
