I’m having the same issue. Have tried restarting. Then the 15sec restart. The clock face. Nothing will fix it

Read all the advice about blank screen and tried to fix but cannot get it sorted-seem to have a problem getting Fitbit synced to IPad

My charge 3 went blank and was still vibrating away and even syncing to app.I Plugged it into charger to reset it and it didn’t work and also changed clock face via app and still screen was blank. I contacted Fitbit support via Twitter and there were very helpful and offered a full replacement free of charge or a different Fitbit for half price. There support was excellent.

I definitely think this is a battery issue. I have seen a couple of posters say their battery shows 88% which is also what mine shows. When I log in to the app, it says it’s fully charged. The reset worked once, the first time, but a couple hours later the screen is black again and cannot get it to reset. I am out of warranty so looks like I am probably SOL.

There was another thread that said the fitbit basically think its dead ie the black screen but it really isnt which is why it still works. I am saying that I think it is a battery thing because my battery says it has been at exactly 88% for over 15 hours. I am waiting for it to fully die and try charging then like someone else recommended.
