Just contact customer service. They are so super nice and walk you through a reset. If reset fails they just send you another one. 😜👍🏼

If reset doesn't work, and changing the clock face and syncing doesn't
work, then you'd have to contact customer service. Generally they will ask
if you have tried these options, and then you'd have to get a replacement.
My first replacement stopped working after a week, but my next replacement
has been going strong for the past few months. I think it may be a hardware
issue. Good luck!

I tried restarting it, and when all failed I contacted the support team who
eventually gave me a new one.

I’m having the same issue. Have tried restarting. Then the 15sec restart. The clock face. Nothing will fix it

Contact customer service. They are super helpful and will replace it. Just the square so keep ur straps. They either replace it or give you an option for get 50% off a newer version. Those are the options they gave me. They were super nice and helpful.

I had to search all 3 times because it wasn't easy to find!

But keep searching under "support" and you'll find the "live help". I can
try to send a screenshot tomorrow, they might not be 24/7 with Covid.

But keep trying! The first time I had an issue it was resolved just by
asking a question on the forum and customer service responded emailed
immediately!!

But the live support was easier. Didn't have to wait for an email, it was a
text basically asking me to try (what I already did... but i obliged
because it was legit!)

Try the phone number option? I feel like that maybe lead me to the "live
support!"

Good luck! If you're within the year... you have no worries! They've been
nothing but amazing every time! Keep me posted!

Ps. Got the Versa for my Bday last Nov (KNOCK ON WOOD)

no issues! I loved my Charge and it was perfect! Didn't think i needed to
upgrade, but honestly glad i did!

My charge 3 went blank and was still vibrating away and even syncing to app.I Plugged it into charger to reset it and it didn’t work and also changed clock face via app and still screen was blank. I contacted Fitbit support via Twitter and there were very helpful and offered a full replacement free of charge or a different Fitbit for half price. There support was excellent.

I definitely think this is a battery issue. I have seen a couple of posters say their battery shows 88% which is also what mine shows. When I log in to the app, it says it’s fully charged. The reset worked once, the first time, but a couple hours later the screen is black again and cannot get it to reset. I am out of warranty so looks like I am probably SOL.

I dont think battery issue because you can feel the vibration when you push
the button

There was another thread that said the fitbit basically think its dead ie the black screen but it really isnt which is why it still works. I am saying that I think it is a battery thing because my battery says it has been at exactly 88% for over 15 hours. I am waiting for it to fully die and try charging then like someone else recommended.
