Hello,

 

I have a Charge 3 and recently the screen went blank. It was gradual like it got dimmer and dimmer till it finally completely disappeared. It will charge and I can still sync it with my phone but I can't see the display at all.

 

I have tried resetting it by charging it and holding the button down for 10-12 seconds and I can feel it vibrating but the display still is blank.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your Charge 3 won't turn on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed all the steps there.
