Charge 3 blank screen

The screen on my Charge 3 went completely dark.  I tried all of the suggestions from a moderator and still nothing.  The app on my phone says it's charged.

Really need help.  Fitbit has helped me so much for the past nine years and I cannot imagine being without one!  (But I really can't afford to replace it right now.)

@LoisRC   I'm sorry, but I think your Fitbit's screen has failed.  This is a known issue as Fitbit's black and white screens get older.

I moved your post to the Other Charge Tracker forum, a better fit fir your issue.

Thank you LZeeW.  That's what I thought, too - and it IS older.  As it turned out, I started just pushing different spots hoping to find the brightness indicator and found it!  I tried to delete my post, but couldn't figure it out.

Laurie - yes, I'd gone there but to no avail.
