I was sent a replacement charge 3 tracker after my original one stopped working when I went swimming with it. The new one arrived yesterday, I plugged it in and set it up with the app on my phone. There is an update which apparently I have to install before I can use it - however it's been plugged into power for 3h now, next to the phone, and the little horizontal bar is stuck at about 1-2mm. I have tried a soft reset, got the happy face, rebooted the iphone, unloaded and reloaded the app - and nothing is working. Anyone else have this? Anything else I should try?
