My screen is not viewable outside and the brightness cannot be increased, i have tried all the settings, nothing works. This effectively make the watch not usable outside, even to be able to tell the time! And I can't set 'exercise' to start or finish as i can see what screen it is on.
Can anything at all be done to correct this? or should i buy a different product? i been advised to by a Garmin if i want to monitor my exercise (it also show a readable time!).

Hi, I'm wondering how many users this affects?
I experience the same problem with the lowlight and I have rebooted it among other things.
What else can I do???
