I am really disappointed, my charge 3 broke after going into the ocean a few times. Fitbit says it’s good to 160 feet. It’s clearly not! Support only offers a discount because it’s out of limited warranty. I am really sad, I really liked my watch and however because of this I can not bring myself to buy another Fitbit! Anyone else got a different result with Fitbit customer support service?

Sorry to hear about this. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
