Charge 3 button keeps stuck like pressing itself all the time

My Charge 3 is freaking out as if I am pushing the button over and over in quick succession. Sometimes like the button is being held down and it goes into the DND menu, other time is just gives that short vibration. I have tried restarting with the charging cord and long restarting with the charging cord. The screen will not respond to my touch, so I can get to any seeing in the watch itself. Is there anything else I can try?
