Charge 3 button unresponsive and screen is black. Only green light working

My charge 3 was vibrating constantly this morning so I took it off and left it to calm down. I’ve put it on charge and it’s now at 100% the green light is working but the screen is black and the button is unresponsive. I’ve tried restarting it but nothing happens and I’ve tried changing the clock faces! Any other ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with them to find a solution.
