I was wearing my Fitbit as normal and it started buzzing on and off consistently for about 2 minutes and showed no battery. I put it on the charger hoping it would charge enough to reset the tracker, but it has been dead since. I let it rest, cleaned the connectors, and tried to charge again tonight. It got to 1% after a few hours, then I got the exclamation point before it simply died again. I can’t try restarting because my phone can’t find a dead tracker, and I’ve only had it for 13 months (conveniently after the warranty is up). Any luck with this type of issue?

Because it was a few weeks past warranty, they offered a 25% discount on a replacement (limited products). I got a new Charge 3 and will do some more shopping around for the next round since this seemed to be a pretty common issue that just came a few weeks late for me.

About the same here. Wearing it normally, it started buzzing consistently, died and won't recharge. About 17 months old.
