My charge 3 is vibrating and showing the sleep and dnd icons, will not stop!

Ok so mine kept showing dnd screen and vibrating. Did many restart, reboots etc. nothing worked. Got it in the charger and get get the screen to come on. Every once and awhile the smile will come on if I’m holding the button. Thought the update would fix it but it says the battery is too low to update (it’s connected to the charger)!! What do I do now??

I've done this at least 10 times now, everytime I get a smiley face and it seems to work, but a few minutes later it does the same thing again.

I have followed all of these steps as well. I'm still getting the vibrating with the clock and then the DND and sleep screen flashing. Sometimes it flashes the smiley face. Now what do I do?

My Charge 3 is going crazy. It’s blinking and vibrating. It’s not properly restarting. It just did this all night on or off the charger. From clock to DND to single loading bar. (This started after the last update.) Help! I love my watch. 😞

After following all instructions to reset/reboot, nothing worked. Fitbit tech is offering 30% off the purchase of a new one. This annoys me because it’s less than two years old and this is CLEARLY a known software issue.

Experiencing:
Device not holding a charge and red light was staying on.
Device does not show battery charging;
NO green light or pulse HR sensing
DND & Sleep appear when I try to reset
NO longer able to get device to reset; held for 8 seconds, 15 seconds, and longer ... does not respond or charge just goes from watch screen to DND & Sleep
Have done:
Several user data resets in Settings
Several Reboots in Settings [was getting smiley faces]
Changed watch face
NO longer able to get device to reset; have held for 8 seconds, 15 seconds, and longer ... does not respond to pressing button or charge
Have checked charger pins; not dirty or damaged

Has anyone found a remedy for this issue? I chatted with support and was ultimately referred to a team via email to provide me with warranty options. My device is just a year old - and it has worked properly for a year.

I am having the same problem, tried the same remedies, and ultimately got the same offer - a discount to purchase a new device. My watch is only a year old. How disappointing!

I have done the necessary steps to try to stop my charge 3 from vibrating & showing the DND & sleep screen. Unfortunately, it hasn’t stopped. I’ve been attempting since Friday and today is Monday. Please help. I love my Fitbit!

I just fixed mine!!
The problem: DND and SLEEP was the only screen showing.
I fully charged it as normal last night using the USB connector and a plug with a USB port. I did leave it connected after it was charged so maybe that caused it. I never normally do that (in case I don’t get some steps counted!!)
What I did:
I connected it using the same cable to my laptop. I tried the “8 second” restart and got the “Smiley face” each time but never got further than that. I tried about 6 times over an hour. So I went online and read this page.
Then, with my Charge 3 still connected to the charging cable and laptop (even though 100% charged) I got pen\biro and held in the button for 14 seconds. During the operation I saw the battery display with the smiley face and correct time underneath it……but I kept the pen nib depressed. That display disappeared but at 14 seconds (I timed it) the normal face just re-appeared. I release the button and put the Fitbit back on my arm. That was 20 minutes ago and all is still working as normal.
FYI - my Charge 3 is over 3 years old. This was the first “fault”.
Summary: I did nothing else other than keep the button pressed in for 14 seconds when connected to my laptop via the regular clasp USB cable.
