So my Fitbit has been on charge, come to put it back on my wrist and noticed that calories burnt was 1572 everything else was on 0. I have noticed that when wearing my watch my calories burnt is really high some days over 3000 (definitely not correct) does anybody know a fix for this?
Thanks

At least some of that is the BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive. Fitbit credits those even when you are not wearing the tracker.
See How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?
