I’ve found that if I forget to start my exercise - whether it be weights or cardio of any sort, what I would normally burn in a session isn’t recognized correctly in terms of calories burned.
For example, today I did a 25 min metcon and warm up before, this would normally burn around 500-600 cals, my Charge 3 recorded 140... Trust me, I was blowing and it was a graft. Does anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the Community, @Amilne2711.
Calorie burn is based on two factors: your basal metabolic rate (or BMR) and activity tracked by your device. For more information about this, I recommend checking the help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

I have this problem too but I am not selecting an activity on the device, but on just normal wearing it shows an excessive amount of calories burned and active minutes!!
Restarting the device does not make any difference!!
Can anyone please help?
