Charge 3 calories information inaccurate

I was originally couldn’t sync my device. Following the message box, I deleted and readded the app but I am experiencing issues with the calorie count, and activity time. Anybody experiencing this too?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. Regarding your calories problem, calorie burn is based on two factors: your basal metabolic rate (or BMR) and activity tracked by your device. For more details, check the help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?.
