Charge 3 can't change clock face

I've had my Charge 3 for a few months and have previously been able to change the clock faces without a hitch. The issue now is when you go to select a different face the laptop/phone sits there loading indefinitely, it doesn't matter which face you select.

 

I have tried a Samsung Galaxy S5 and a Dell Vostro with Windows 10 and both give the same result.

I've deleted the Charge 3 from the laptop and phone and re-synced them, tried restarting the Charge, fully charging the Charge, re-installing the Fitbit application on both devices and a few other things to no avail.

 

Does anyone have any clues on what could be wrong?
