I just got a new Charge 3, plugged it in to charge, and began the setup process from my app.. it gave me the 4 digit code, I entered it, it connected to my phone, and the update began. At the end of the update I got a successful completion on the app, and the watch seems to be working, but it no longer connects to my phone. I tried searching for bluetooth devices but it is not found. I verified the Charge 3 is on and working, it just can't connect to bluetooth. I have an LG G6 Android phone, all latest updates installed.
This is obviously a deal breaker. I hope someone from customer service answers.
kind regards,

Let's porky the Fitbit app @xucaen there is nothing you can do through the phones Bluetooth, other then remove the tracker from the list of trusted devices. Doing this often helps with a sync issue.
May I ask what the issue is? Your tracker dies not need to be a BT trusted device to sync and a user can not connect the tracker through this screen.

In case anyone else has a similar issue and stumbles upon this post, I wanted to reply quickly. The Fit Bit Charge 3 has its own proprietary protocol for communicating between the app and the Charge 3. It does not need to be paired to the phone's blue tooth as other devices do. Rather, you pair it with the app itself.
Cheers,
