Hi, before I go for a run, I sync my Fitbit with my phone, no problems. But recently, when I press start on the Fitbit, it’s says it’s not connected to my iPhone and to launch the app, but the app is open and I have just synced it! It will happily sync again but not when I want to track a run. Sometimes it picks it up half way round but that’s not particularly helpful although that does prove it can work when it wants to. I have rebooted both the phone and the Fitbit nothing has helped. Any suggestions?

I have this exact same issue. It syncs no problem but can't find the device when exercising. Rebooting phone and tracker didn't do anything either.
