I recently changed phones from iPhone to Android. I will start off by saying that I don't want to update my tracker because of all the problems I have been reading about.
The Fitbit app is up to date however. I have paired it with my phone but I find that after a few days, I lose the ability to start my "walk" exercise from the Charge 3. It will say "tracker not found" or "open the Fitbit app on your phone".
I will have to manually start a walk as it doesn't auto recognize walking either. When I remove the Fitbit from my Bluetooth, and then add the Charge 3 as a new device and go through setup and pairing, it works for a few days until it doesn't. This only happened when I switched to Android.

It's great to see you around, @DeeME.
Thanks for troubleshooting this workout issue. Where you seeing the tracker not found message? Some pictures would be great. In the meantime, check the article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?.
I hope to hear from you soon.
