Hi there!!! My charge 3 has not synced to the app in 6 days. It says there’s an update I need to do but when I try, it tells me either my charge 3 isn’t connected or the system is busy to try again later. I have it on the charger and next to my phone while attempting to do the update. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Hi @Bfieldlmt, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it hasn't synced with the app and it won't complete the firmware update. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, run the update one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.
In case the syncing issue persists, try the steps included in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
