Charge 3 - cannot turn on message and call notifications or screen wake

Hello there,

 

I cannot seem to turn on my screen wake or notifications for calls and messages on my fitbit and on the app.

I have rebooted my fitbit, I have restarted my phone, I have uninstall and reinstalled the app. 

Everything else is working and syncing, just annoying as those specs are why I bought this fitbit.

 

I hope anyones found a way around this....

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Check if your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb or Sleep mode by long pressing the button as these options will disable notifications and screen wake.
