Hi I've a Fitbit 3 (less than year old).
I've charged it fully twice & each time the battery is dying after an hour. Any suggestions how to fix this issue please? Thanks

Let me help you with your Charge 3 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
