Charge 3 classic wrist strap availabilty

where can I get a replacement strap for my charge 3, I just want the classic black one that it came with in size small. Mine has broken and I don't want to get a cheap version that may not last. The Fitbit shop says they are unavailable, I know they have released the charge 4 but what about us charge 3 users?

Hi @Sharonjarv  the bands for the Charge 4 will fit the Charge 3. See if you can find a classic black one that way?

Let me help you purchasing your Charge 3 band. As @Odyssey13 explained both the Charge 3 and Charge 4 can use the same band. You can go to the Fitbit Store to purchase it. This is what I currently see on the store:

You should be able to purchase it although note this is for the US store. If you are still having issues please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the store.

The warehouse stock for the UK is different than the one for the US. If it is showing that there is no stock then you can select a different color or size or wait to have the bands back in stock.
